2.1 Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on 7gain.cc. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.1 All financial transactions on 7gain.cc are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 7gain.cc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the platform at the time of transaction.
3.2 All deposits must originate from payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and will result in the suspension of your 7gain.cc account and forfeiture of the deposited amount pending investigation.
3.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering (AML) measure. 7gain.cc reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Real-money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.1 All games on 7gain.cc — including live dealer tables, slots, bingo, fish shooting games, and sports betting — are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game or betting section. In case of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific matters.

5.2 Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. 8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 7gain.cc's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10.1 7gain.cc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) account security is compromised; (c) fraudulent activity is suspected; (d) required by PAGCOR or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (e) the player has voluntarily requested account closure.
10.2 Upon termination of an account due to a breach of these Terms, 7gain.cc reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including deposits and winnings, where such termination results from prohibited conduct, fraud, or material misrepresentation by the player.
10.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their 7gain.cc account should contact our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
11.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 7gain.cc shall first be submitted to 7gain.cc's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. We will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable time.
11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
11.4 PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction over 7gain.cc is not affected by any provision of this section.
12.1 7gain.cc reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details on their account.
12.2 Your continued use of 7gain.cc following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of 7gain.cc and may request account closure.
